II.
The Scriptural solution for sin:
1. You must despise your sinful life, repent, turn to God, do works meet for repentance, put faith in Christ to save you from your sins, or you will perish in the lake of fire (Job 42:6, Luke 13:1-5, Acts 26:19-20, 20:21)
2. You must make a verbal covenant and commitment to obey Christ as your Lord and Master, forever, by daily reading and obeying the Bible (Romans 10: 9,10,13, John 8:31-32)
3. You must work out your own salvation with fear (hating and departing from sin) and trembling (Philippians 2:12-13)
4. You must disown yourself, love others less than Christ, constantly choose that which diminishes yourself, and follow Christ (Luke 9:23-26, 14:26-33)
5. You must do your duty of fearing God and keeping His Commandments (Ecclesiastes 12:13-14, Matthew 22:35-40, Exodus 20:3-17)
6. You must love God with all your heart, mind, and soul, and love your neighbor as yourself (Matthew 22:35-40)
7. You must love God by obeying God and love your neighbor by giving your neighbor God, through preaching repentance from sin and faith in Christ to them (John 14:15, 1 John 4:8)
8. You must maintain salvation, by grace through faith which works by love through obedience (Ephesians 2:8, Galatians 5:6, John 14:15, Hebrews 5:9, 2 Thessalonians 1:7-8)
9. You must know that your old man is crucified with Christ, reckon yourself dead to sin and alive to God through the Lord Jesus Christ, and go and sin no more (Romans 6:1-2, 6-7,11, John 8:11, Daniel 4:27, 1 Peter 4:1)
10. You must endure with Christ through temptation, tribulation, to the end of your life, and thereby be saved (Matthew 24:13)
*Conclusion: Stop sinning immediately. Surrender your life completely to the Lord Jesus Christ. Live a sin-free life of loving obedience to Christ, forever, or you will burn, forever, in the lake of fire.
