Greetings in the Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

We are writing all of you to inform you that, in light of the Biblical fruit that our Heavenly Father was gracious to bring forth, through the Gospel Crusades and Seminars that we preached and taught for Him in Tanzania and Kenya, East Africa, last year, in 2009, we have prayerfully perceived that it is His Will for us to return, this year, in 2010, to continue the Work. Accordingly, we have accepted the invitation from the host pastor and coordinator of the 2009 meetings, to return, to Tanzania, in August, in order to continue reaping the harvest, while there is time.

We give all praise to the Lord, that many who chose to repent from all sin, commit their lives to the Lord Jesus Christ, be filled with the Holy Spirit, begin preaching the Gospel to every creature, go and sin no more, during the 2009 meetings, are still Biblically following Christ, through much persecution. Muslims, that repented of sin, forsook Islam, publicly converted to Christ, commenced lives of sin-free Biblical obedience to the Lord, as Christians, have continued in their commitment to obey Christ to the death, in the face of being divorced by spouses, disowned by family and friends, fired from jobs, beaten, abused in various ways. Former pagans, witchcraft practitioners, nominal “church-goers”, have also done the same. We greatly praise the Lord, not only because these Crusade and Seminar converts are Biblically continuing with Christ, but also because they, and some of the pastors that participated in the meetings, are now witnessing the Gospel person-to-person, and preaching publicly, in their predominantly Muslim and pagan cities.

Prayerfully considering the open-hearted response to both the Lord’s Biblical Messages of Holiness, and Holy Ghost Evangelizing, this year, in addition to, as in 2009, preaching “sin, righteousness, judgment, repentance toward God, faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ, go and sin no more”, and believing the Lord to again Biblically confirm His Word with signs following, in the Crusades, we will be placing great emphasis on the Biblical Evangelism Training Seminars, believing “the Lord of the Harvest, that He will send forth laborers into His Harvest” (Matthew 9:37-38) in 2010, to join those that He sent forth in 2009, to “go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15-20).

To this end, on August 16, through the first week in September, 2010, we will begin preaching four 5-night open air crusades, with accompanying 3-day seminars, in Tanzania, East Africa (two in regions where we preached and taught, in 2009: Dar Es Salaam and Mbeya; two in regions where we have not yet preached: Mwanza and Shinyanga). Each day's meetings will be comprised of two 90-minute morning Bible teaching and preaching seminars, and one 2-hour evening Gospel preaching service. The estimated cost of the four Crusades and Seminars is approximately $25,000 (covering: renting speakers to daily broadcast the Gospel as far as possible throughout the cities; renting platforms to daily seat the delegation of 30+ pastors hosting the crusades; paying for electricity to daily power the large outdoor areas reserved by the government for the crusades; advertising via posters, Christian newspaper and radio, and television; transportation to and from the Crusades and Seminars across Tanzania).

As in 2009, we are preparing for the 2010 Crusades and Seminars with Biblical expectation, for the following reasons:

1. The four Crusades (20 evening preaching services, 12 morning seminar meetings, 4 Sunday church services, pastors’ and evangelists’ training sessions, preaching at orphanages, etc) that will be conducted in four different geographical regions of Tanzania, afford our Heavenly Father the opportunity to reach much of the nation with both Christ's Gospel and His Message of "Go and sin no more" (John 8:11), holiness.

(In 2009, the 7-day Dar Es Salaam Crusade, and the repentance and conversion of the top witchdoctor in the Tanzania, were publicized throughout the nation via 2 newspaper articles, and 1 radio interview, granting the country’s 40 million inhabitants access to the Lord Jesus Christ’s Biblical Holiness Message).

2. The 5-day Crusade amidst the 5 million inhabitants of Dar Es Salaam, the capital city of Tanzania, affords our Heavenly Father the opportunity to both reach thousands nightly in the evangelistic services with the True Biblical Gospel of Christ, and hundreds during the daytime seminars with important doctrinal Truths and Biblical evangelism training which the pastors and those in attendance can take back to their churches, fellowships, cities, and homes, preach, teach, and put into practice. (In the 2009 7-day Dar Es Salaam Crusade, the Lord was gracious to bring what was estimated by the crusade organizers to be between 1,000 and 5,000 people to hear the Gospel. Because the 2009 audience is now familiar with the preaching, it is estimated that more people (Muslims, pagans, nominal “church goers”, etc) will gather to hear the Word of God that can save their souls.

3. The Crusade in Dar Es Salaam (%70 Muslim population or 3.5 million Muslim inhabitants) affords our Heavenly Father an eternally important opportunity to reach potentially thousands of Muslims with the Gospel. (In 2009, we were blessed to witness increasing numbers of Muslims attend the Crusades, listen intently to the True Gospel preached, experience healing and deliverance through prayer in the Name of Jesus, return to the succeeding meetings accompanied with the family and friends they had told about the meetings, become convinced of sin, righteousness, judgment, and choose to publicly repent of sin, surrender their lives to the Lord Jesus Christ of the Bible, begin living in sin-free Biblical obedience to the Lord as Christians, commence preaching the Gospel to Muslims.)

4. As, historically, there has previously existed little to no spontaneous public personal evangelism and open air preaching in Tanzania (besides large organized open air crusades, such as those that we are scheduled to preach), the daytime seminars afford our Heavenly Father the opportunity to emphasize the Biblical necessity of person-to-person witnessing, and Biblical open air campus and street preaching, to an entire nation.(In 2009, we were blessed to witness the Holy Spirit convince, and stir up believers, and preachers, in Biblical evangelism. Many believers began publicly witnessing the Gospel person to person and house to house. The host pastor, and other pastors, began conducting spontaneous open-air preaching meetings in various parts of their cities.)

5. As many in Tanzania have been afflicted with AIDS, the Crusades and Seminars afford our Heavenly Father the opportunity to manifest His Healing Power, in the Name of His Son and our Savior Jesus Christ, in delivering those diagnosed with AIDS from both sickness and sin, that they might Biblically repent, surrender completely to Christ, and serve Him, in Biblical holiness. (In 2009, we were able to pray for a few people diagnosed with AIDS. We look forward to seeing how they are doing, and believing the Lord Jesus Christ to deliver both them, and others that we will attend the Crusades and Seminars.)

Many of you have asked us how you can assist the Lord's Gospel preaching Work, through Soulwinners Ministries International. We thank you for your heart to help, and offer the following opportunities:

1. Pray for the Crusades:

As Paul the Apostle asked the church of Ephesus, we ask you to please be "praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance for all saints; and for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the Gospel" (Ephesians 6:18-19).

Specifically, please pray for:

a. The Lord's Will to be done, and for Him to be glorified, in all things.

b. The Lord to bring many to hear His Word, repent, be converted to Christ, go and sin no more, be filled with the Holy Spirit, preach the Gospel to every creature, endure to the end and be saved.

c. The Lord to anoint us with the Holy Ghost and with Power to preach the Gospel, lay hands on the sick that they recover, cast out devils, cleanse the lepers (AIDS carriers), raise the dead.

d. The Lord to touch the hearts of brethren to pray for, and financially support, the crusades.

e. The Lord to perfectly direct, and grant success in, all preparations for the crusades.

f. The Lord to grant us perfect, safe, travel.

g. The Lord to keep us in Divine Health.

h. The Lord to bear fruit for His Kingdom that will endure unto everlasting life.

2. Give Financially towards the Crusades:

Paul said to the Corinthian church, "Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver" (2 Corinthians 9:7).

Addressing the Philippian church concerning their giving of financial donations to assist him in his missionary Gospel preaching, Paul also declared: "For even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my necessity. Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account" (Philippians 4:16-17).
